Dave-
"Anyone else experience PSA taking this long to get down to Nadir." Long? Mine took 5 years to get down to 0.2, and I suspect that may not be the nadir. Think of your PSA as evidence that cells are dying off. They will die when they are good and ready to. Remember too, that it is the more rapidly replicating cancer cells that are killed off most quickly by radiation. The lower grade ones may take more time. Longer time to nadir and more bounces have been recognized as prognostic for a more complete cure. Bounces have also been shown to occur more in the more studly guys:

From your pre-treatment PSA pattern, it's reasonable to guess that you had prostatitis before your therapy. There's little to do but just wait it out. Hopefully, it will remit and your PSA will come down when it does.
