(I don't have the link, BUT....) I read the other day, (just a blurb....then went about my day)....that the latest math/science "stuff" is beginning to suggest that the physical doesn't even exist.

Well....wouldn't surprise me one bit if it were discovered that something besides the physical is all there is. "And that's all I've got to say about tha-at"....as Forest Gump might say.

Jetguy...exactamundo...this is hinted at by Chris Nolan in Interstellar...as other aspects of thoughts ive and others have had{multi focal/clusters of thought experiments??}...i.e...Assume for the thought experiment...someone on a planet 2000light years away is doing something and has a thought...granted it will take 2000years for the light from that planet to reach earth...if you wanted to see it ....but the thought..the feelings...the love of that person could be felt instantaneously. Its already been "discovered" in quantum physics that particles seem to effect/know what other particles miles away are doing ...how and why is this happening...also..we have all had experiences with loved ones miles away...in the effect that can have on us...Einsteins problem with quantum physics is that is that the uncertainy principal of Heisenberg took causality out of the equation...thus Quantum physics was incomplete...Einsteins died with his certainty there has to be causality...his famous quote..."God does not play dice with the universe" was quickly and brilliantly rejoinded by Niels Bohr's own quote... " who are you to tell God what to do" I say causality is still in play...not in what the particles are doing when not observed...but as soon as the observation is there...they obey intent...Perhaps as Milton in Paradise Lost observed... it is the the other that is playing dice with the universe...the other could have been destroye completely bur was not...why...I wont get into that...because tho the book was myth...it could cause tensions here... the last part of this post was just more thoughts that came as I was writing...its all getting warm and fuzzy in my head and time to head out to a building Tasmin Swell.{shoulder to head hi +..mid tide..calm wind } and takes me chances has I practice the big sky theory of air traffic control...you know how that works I reckon JetGuy...surfing is the closest thing ive done that is so much like ATC...keeps me sharp... In his book THE SINGULARITY IS NEAR, Ray Kurzweil also thinks that it will be the quanta that cures us. He states that by the middle of this century non-accicdent death will be optional. Hmmm. I am skeptical.

Regarding my signature; brevity is the soul of not saying too much.

If love is particles it seems likely (at this time) that its speed of transmission is limited to the speed of light. Which seems adequate when your sweetie is close and warm.

When observed, those little particles take off like children running from a scolding mother. Don't blame 'em.

Is it correct to quantum theory that time is an illusion? Past, present, future. No different. To me, and I expect most of us, it is all past. The voice we hear, the light we see, the joy in a child's smile, is all in the past.

Big sky theory. When the Andromeda galaxy and the Milky Way collide, it may be that there is no physical contact between any of the stars. Lots of mass and gravity, however. Maybe.

Gravity is quicker than the speed of light. I know .... because I fall down, in the dark, all the time ..... and I am in the dark most of the time.

Also, since we can account for less than half of the mass that should be there ..... are we half massed?
