My kingdom for a bidet. The last couple of BMs I've simply stepped into the shower afterwards and rinsed myself. Hemorrhoids are so irritated from wiping that I had to give them a break. It's helping along with good old Preparation H. Whew.

Passed a little more older blood on my first urination today. Seems to be a pattern now

Oh my God. I never knew bidet kits were that inexpensive. You can easily get your toilet bidet kit for 35 to 60 bucks and install it in less than a half an hour. I've always wanted one. Toilet paper is so crude.

Taking a little weekend away to Chicago. Woke up this morning had my bowel movement and had two drops of fresh blood. That's it. We are staying downtown or hotel has some weight equipment and I'm going to use that over the next three mornings to get myself back up to speed. I'm returning to work next Thursday as a delivery driver who loads his own stuff. I feel I'm right on target. Did some pull-downs on a machine and had no problem with continence during or after. I still drip fairly regularly though. I'll just keep doing my kegels and wait for that to subside

sounds like you're doing great. Let me ask....before surgery, were you having occasional drips? I was, and I look at the occasional drip now like this: The timing may be more random, but the volume is more or less the same. What's the difference?

No drips prior. I am dripping less and volume is slowly diminishing.

Whew! According to a health app I have, we walked 9+ miles today. My feet agree. I am whipped.

I am back in action. Worked Friday and Saturday last week. My hemorrhoid problem subsided. Had a nice weekend off. Back to work today and feeling good. I thought maybe I'd make it all the way through work today with one pad but that was a bit optimistic. I might make it through the day on 2. I have to get in and out of a large box truck and unload stuff. I also drove way too far between bathroom breaks one time. That probably cost me the one pad day, lol

I'm pretty pleased it where I am. Thank you all for your input
