I know some of you are worried about
heart health and strokes. Here's an AARP article on earlobe creases being a signal of an increased risk for a stroke:
www.aarp.org/health/conditions-treatments/info-2017/franks-sign-stroke-risk-fd.html?cmp=EMC-DSO-NLC-WBLTR---MTEST-071417-F1-2268186&ET_Cid=2268186&ET_Rid=19029345&encparam=QE4r2fBzJbe/RfCAE81wbB19bNKJckNUTR6UOxco+jI=

As a previous cardiac arrest patient, I have been aware of this indicator for many years.
My infarct was in 1988 and I heard about
the ear crease shortly afterwards. I have the crease and I have met many men who have serious cardiovascular problems and without exception every one of them had the ear crease. However I have also met many men with the ear crease who have not had any cardio symptoms - yet!
Can't comment on whether women are similarly indicated. Just haven't come across cardio affected ladies.
The prospect of a stroke worries me greatly. I am obviously very prone to atherosclerosis and have had one carotid artery cleaned out - called an endarterectomy. The other should be done but can't be treated because of other complications.
