Hi all!
Done the PETCT today in Cologne,Germany.They offered me 18F PSMA PETCT instead of 68Ga PSMA.They say it is the new star which can detect more micromets than the 68GA PSMA.I will get the results after 2 days and if they find more mets ,I decided to have the LU-177 therapy at the NM department university Klinik Koln.
If anybody interested...Will Report the results of the therapy!

Please keep us fully posted - I'm particularly interested in the scan you mention, as well as the LU-177 therapy, which has generated considerable excitement here in Aus.

I Will know the exact cost after my consultation with the doctors and having the result of the PETCT.What I know is that I have to stay in the hospital for 3 days for the first cycle.Anyhow I will report all the details on Friday .
The [18F] PSMA PETCT cost was 2500 Euro.

I think you had the Da Vinci Operation in Hamburg. They did not remove the seminal vesicles then?

The general rule is to administer an LU177 injection only if the patient has got a chemo before. So you may not get the LU177 in Köln.

I will be in Köln for an MRI next Tuesday. Maybe we can see each other then?

Yes I had it in Hamburg and they removed the seminal vesicles.one of them was affected.
They didn't say any conditions about LU177, but I will know everything tomorrow and will post here.

Darie,

your signature says: "2 UPTAKES.....Seminal vesicles fossa(local) & L3". I read from this that you have one affected seminal vesicle detected with a PSMA PET/CT. If both are already removed during the previous operation I do not understand this. L3 is a bone met, could be the reason why SRT failed.

I would say my mistake. Fossa means bed in this case.
