Possibly. It takes anywhere from 6-18 months for enough of it to metabolize out of the body and allow the T to recover. That your T is above castrate level and nearing the threshold of normal, there is probably enough T to fuel any PCa. If any PCa is still around you might start seeing an upward trend in PSA.
However, you still have a prostate that may express some PSA so you have to rely on a different measure to determine a recurrence. You would be looking at the Nadir (lowest PSA after treatment) plus 2.0. So you have some room to go before you should get excited.
Also remember that you may experience a PSA bounce/increase since you used radiation. This would be in the 12-36 month range after treatment and is normal. With radiation it can take a significant time to determine the success as the PCa is not all killed directly by the radiation. Some of it is damaged but survives for some time before eventually dying.
It looks like you are doing great and will have this thing beat. How are the side effects from the radiation? Anything significant?
