Prostate radiation or surgery is also an option that some are experimenting with after mets have been discovered.

I checked it out. Still too confusing for me, I will have to read it a couple more times.
The comment ""Metastatic," for the purposes of this analysis only includes distant metastases (Stage M1), but not pelvic lymph node metastases (Stage N1)". This may leave me out because my node is the pelvic
lymph node, stage N1. The whole article is greek to me for now. Have a lot to learn.
