Is ADT still needed for high risk patients receiving brachy boost therapy?

Some conflicting evidence, but most retrospective studies suggest that a short course of ADT did not add significantly to outcomes. Treating the pelvic lymph nodes at the same time seems to be a good idea for most guys. We won't have results from a definitive study for another ten years.

According to the British Columbia Cancer Agency, ADT is optional for some High Risk cancer patients.

HT in this group of patients is optional, but not mandatory.""
