Hi Venguy- From my experience and everything I have read....let it warm to room temperature before injecting for better comfort...my understanding is that trimix degrades from long term storage at room temperature and it is not a problem in the short term.

I pull my vial out of the fridge, fill my syringe and then inject in 5 min or so after it warms up.

I have been using TRIMIX since 2010 and I get mine from a COMPOUND Pharmacist. They preload the syringes for me with the proper dosage. I then place them in a sealed zip lock freezer bag and only pull one out at a time right before using it. I will place it under my armpit for a moment and then it is thawed out and ready to be injected. I use an autoject device, it is such a life saver because it is so quick and easy to use that your partner will not even know your using this medication. You can preserve your Trimix this way for up to 1 year. To be quite honest I have used this med even up to 18months with excellent results. I now get my TRIMIX from a regular pharmacy and preload the syringes myself. I have become quite an expert at it.

I shall be starting on TRIMIX early next month. I'll hand my script to a compound chemists then off to the ED nurse for a bit of show and tell.

Hi Venguy,

The only reason to let it warm up is that it can sting a bit if it is really cold. It works just as well warm or cold. The insulin syringes we use tend to warm up quickly. I keep my vial in the refrigerator downstairs and only take it out long enough to draw my shot. I climb the stairs to my bedroom to inject and the warmth of my hand has taken the chill off by the time I get there.

It clearly states the product will last 30 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer. cool

I had robotic surgery last may. Just got on trimix. In the Dr office he gave me 30 untis it worked fine. When I picked up the script the erection wasn't as stiff. As a matter of fact it got partially erect. Help cool cool

I would suggest you make sure you shake the bottle well before each use and keep trying. If you are still having the issue, talk to your doc as there are lots of options. Sorry it had to come to this just for sex.

I would say you didn't have it into the right spot. It takes practice. I shoot up every 4 days. Inject on a day when you are alone and no expectations. That keeps the adrinaline down which can cause problems.

I keep my TRIMIX and BIMIX in refrigerator per instructions from compounding pharmacy.
Expiration date is 3 months post mixing it but per pharmacist it is still good after 3 months.
I had my vial of TRIMIX for about close to 6 months .
