significantly helpful information one year ago when I was struggling with the decision whether or not to get AUS surgery in order to precede with adjuvant radiation. The articles had coincidentally been posted to your website right around the time of my RP in 2016.
There was
no question whether or not to get adjuvant radiation. Both my Uro's and RO emphasized my T3B/SVI status as making the need for RT a no-brainer. The degree of urgency was the only variable at a time when it seemed that
everything else was cascading around me.
In reading of the experiences of other men it's amazing the difference between those with T3a/-SM, T3a/+SM and T3b can be as regarding post-RP treatment timeline, OS and PFS... Very useful information!
