Yep, I could see that.

The intra-operator variation (reading PC samples) is significant. Ten years from now, the small industry of prostate biopsy 2nd opinions will be on it's way out like the buggy whip.

My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer 18 months ago and then treated successfully, by all standards. Her mammogram was digital and flagged by the computer program which locates suspicious areas. The radiologist could not definitively determine the elements of the scan necessary for a surgeon to provide guidance and referred her to another scan elsewhere using different technology which provided this second radiologist with the details of type, location, size and other points of diagnosis. This second radiologist took this computer reading to a more senior radiologist in the clinic who handles likely diagnoses to confirm by visual examination. The scans were diagnosed by machine learning and confirmed by human eyes afterward.
