You ARE Superman! Every heard of kryptonite?
Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you have to be here but glad you're finding it supportive and informative.
Please read the sticky thread for the newly diagnosed, at the top of the topics list. Then read it again. If you haven't read it several times already, that is.
Please create a signature with your PCa vitals. Go to "My Profile," then "Edit Profile," then the Signature box at the bottom of the page. When you post or reply, check "Include signature." You may need to log out and log back in after creating the signature for it to take effect.
If you could include your biopsy results, that would be very helpful to regular members and vets in advising you properly. Have a look at others' signatures to see what details to include. Certainly number of positive cores, Gleason scores of the positive cores, expressed as "#+#" with percentages, if your report says.
You've got top PCa centers at U Kansas and, in St. Louis, at Wash U/Siteman. Also, a bit farther north, in Chicago (U of C and Northwestern). From your high PSA and PSADT, and the fact your Uro is sending you for a bone scan, I assume it's an aggressive cancer. You will have
many good options, be sure to seek out the best doctors (uros/surgeons, ROs and MOs) who specialize in PCa. Take your time.
Keep your spirits up.
