tim, was that meant to be a put-down or insult? kind of hard not to take it that way. I did not get to choose the hell I have been living the past nearly 10 years in particular. just dealing with the cards I have been dealt, nothing more


logo, even after reading your posts for nearly 9 years, I still don't get most of them. problem probably on my end. whatever I read or hear, I always take it literal, can't help myself. one reason I don't get most jokes or gags.

It would make no sense for me to respond Purg...Im more of a spirit of the law kind of guy than the letter of the law..." count your blessings...instead of sheep...or both but blessings last longer... buy the way psa of 24...is a blessing to most folks here...weakly arguable.....

why would my post surgery/post radiation PSA of 24.xx be good to anyone else here? my oncologist is amazed I am not riddled with mets, but its been nearly 10 years now and no mets. I've seen guys here almost crying just because their PSA went from .02 to .05, not even detectable. or were you trying to funny?

Your life has been one of never-ending misery since the day you first posted. Often, those with the worst problems outlive those of us with lesser problems. I'll probably die slipping on a banana peel while you'll last another 30 years

Thank you for your response, David. Just read it tonight and will pass along the message to Ron. Even though I couldn't possibly understand your pain or even Ron's, there's always hope that something will come along that may help. I thought I read somewhere that the medical field was going to tighten up on prescriptions for pain. Ron isn't taking any more than before, but he has his bad days. Nothing like yours, of course. We think about you and hold you in our prayers.

I wish you didn't have the additional complications of Parkinson's Disease. May the symptoms go no further. Take care and enjoy whatever can bring you pleasure. *HUGS*

Life changes us. I used to be a lot more letter of the law. A let less so now. Even my spirit of law is hard to follow at times.

I'm a both -- literally. Counting the sheep and my blessings. See, the CA dogs are herding dogs, and we have sheep for them to herd -- which they love to do turn

CAdogs…the spirit of the law is harder to follow...by "design " imo...tho it does...ironically provide true freedom.

I know how one of your concerns over the years has been the amount of radiaiton that has been blasted at you especially your jaw.
I thus started to think of you when I read the following news item from the BBC about scans cassing mercury to leak out of dental fillings :

It made me wonder if other things can make mercury leak out of fillings and thus if you might somehow have been accidentally/inadvertently poisoned! Though not quite sure how the things caused by mercury match up with some of your problems.
