Tomorrow July 7 it is 11 years since my RP operation, it has been an up and down time over the 11 years with my PSA also fluctuating, and is now on the rise again, so looks like ADT again soon, but who cares, I am still here and leading a pretty normal life, thanks to all my old buddies here, who helped me in the early years, this is a great place.

There are worse things than ADT.

Not exactly sure what those might be, but ... ;)
