I had RP almost 3 months ago (it will be 3 months on July 18) and I got my PSA today and it is 0.1. I don’t see my Dr for 2 more weeks and I think this not terrible news but not great. I was hoping for something more like 0.05. Any thoughts? Is it likely to go down more? Will he recommend further treatment?

It might go down. Do you know what the sensitivity of the test you got was? It's always possible the lab reported incorrectly (missing a "<" or other error), so you'll want some confirmation of that reading.
If it really is .1, then more treatment might be the recommendation (likely SRT + HT).
I'd ask for retest in a few weeks, and get the doc's opinion.
Not what you wanted,

It seems like you only got a conventional PSA test - thus the lack of a second decimal point. You should ask for an ultrasensitive PSA test.

Ask the lab if they have a second digit but rounded it up or down. That's what happened to me on my first post-RP PSA. It was reported as 0.1, I went back to the lab and behold they dug up a second digit, 0.13. This is a local lab HQ'd in Hawaii, not Quest or LabCorp, I don't know what their practices are.

I took a second look and it says <0.10. I think that < makes a big difference. I expected a more exact number with 2 decimal places. Thank you everybody for helping to manage my panic while I looked again. I will still feel better she. I speak to the Dr.
