I have two labs following my PSA Pre and Post SBRT TX.

Lab #1 Pre TX 6.47 and 6.01 Post TX 3 month 2.03 6 month 2.20 9 month 1.03
Lab #2 Pre TX 6.07 and 5.56 Post TX 3 month 1.82 6 month 1.30 9 month 1.00

SE's are no different than the issue I had pre TX....Low pressure flow. No ED just a loss of ejaculant volume.

All in all I am very happy.

I wish SBRT was available when I had my RT. We're seeing a lot more guys do very well with it.

More need to be using this treatment.

Vaportrail, no ADT just five days, 35 min each day of Cyberknife ( SBRT )

Hey Roger,
Sounds like a lab report to be very satisfied with for sure. Congratulations on a result that has to leave you beaming from ear to ear. I have my 15 month coming up the end of October and I sure hope my results trend back down. Mine has been very slightly up for the last two tests, but actually about the same for the last three labs. We'll see. In the meantime, you need to be partying the night away. I'm very happy for you.

You've got some good numbers there, so like you say if they will just return to the downward trend you'll be fine.

We've had frost here a couple of times already so that hot tub sure feels good. Sit in a hot tub and watch beautiful brilliant mountain sunsets is the best.

Excellent results. You are a testimonial for SBRT's effectiveness and low SE's.

I will guess that the lower insurance payments for the RO's are the primary reason why SBRT has not (yet) surpassed EBRT in patient volume. Hopefully, that will change soon. No sense doing 40 sessions when you can do 5 with equal or better results.

ASA: Swedish actually ( mistakenly ) sent me the bill for the TX before they straightened it out so I got to see the cost.
Marker placement, 2 scans and an MRI and 5 treatments was a little over $12,000. I don't know what EBRT is but doubt that it is $275 for each of 44 treatments. So you are probably right.
