made it home this afternoon--had a great time!

Quick thanks to The Hosts-est With The Most-est, they do a wonderful job! If you are on the fence about spending time with this group of guys and gals, no worries, they will make you feel welcome immediately. Plenty of time for candid discussion, on and off site activities and just plain kicking back with great folks who are willing to help each other with information, support and LAUGHTER. It might seem counter-intuitive to think a PCa get-together will help you focus on something other than the disease but it's true. Great schmoozing with everybody again and meeting some new faces this year. My best to the GFMPH gang, see you all again soon.

What happened? The house is empty!
We woke up about 1.5 hours later than usual, and leisurely ate breakfast while reading the newspaper, doing the Jumble and Sudoku in our PJs. Life is good.

But... We miss you all!!! We feel honored to share our lives with you! Let's do it again!

Last night we discovered an unexpected package from the Amazon Fairy on our front porch! It was a new Bug Zapper/tennis racquet. Very funny! It was delivered anonymously but I'm guessing it came from J&C G. Thank you!

Another anonymous package arrived this afternoon! It is a credit card sized, waterproof, booklet describing the top 20 outdoor knots and their uses.
I will try to practice one knot per day. I'm already thinking of uses for the Timber hitch.

Let's see... The rabbit comes out of the hole, around the tree, mates with another rabbit, then goes back down the hole for an after dinner drink.

We had an amazing time. It is so nice to get to visit with our friends that are family to us. The daughter joy, compassion and insights are so benificial.

It is a party with a bit of serious conversation. For the most part it can be discribed as Eat, Drink and be Merry.

So how many people attended? Is there a Florida one too in the winter?

There will be a summary as required because GFMPH is a 501 c3. I'm not sure how many folks came by, as some were there the whole time, others only for an hour or so.

The location / date of each depends totally on the availability of our hosts, so it is too early to discuss where and exactly when there could be a spring get-together.
