Guess I'll take this as a small win in this battle that started just a few months ago.
Just need to watch the Zytiga side effects as my liver enzymes (ALT) doubled over the past 6 weeks. Still, it appears the upper threshold for stopping is if you hit 5x the original baseline.
Now I just need to get through 20 EBRT treatments and another 14-22 months of ADT....and then hope T comes back and PSA remains undetectable til the day I die in my sleep from something else. Wow...spelling that out made me realize this journey has a long way to go.
Anyway, thanks to all for the participation in this forum. Such a helpful resource and friendly crowd.
Time to go check the waves....

Good news on the PSA.
It's an endurance test - you'll make it.

As Andrew said, the EBRT is a marathon, but you'll get through it, its not too difficult.
Congrats on the undetectable, thats a big win, not a small one.

I agree with Pratoman - that really is fantastic after everything you've been through already. A great result, and wishing you many more zeros!

My liver enzymes just missed the 5x mark, Stopped Zytiga for 7 weeks to get back to normal. Started back at 1/2 dose and now on 3/4 dose. ALT & AST are on the rise again. More blood work in store. My phleb loves me. She's my wife.
