Are erections possible after 2 years of Lupron?

It's possible but not very likely...The sad thing is, you will no longer care about erections..Now, if your ADT ends or has ended, your testosterone level should slowly start to rise and with that change things may move back towards normal..Some men, wanting to speed up this process seek out HRT but that is considered pretty risky by most but not all oncologists..

While there are very, very rare exceptions, most men find that pills don't work while they are on Lupron. You ruled out pumps and implants but forgot to mention injections so, technically, yes, there is something that will probably work... for certain values of the word "work".

Lupron tends to squash libido and it also seems to interfere with the purely physical arousal response that accompanies genital manipulation. I have heard reports that orgasm is possible for men on ADT despite having no desire and the manipulation not feeling particularly good. Actually, I can verify this. It's an odd experience. It goes like this: "Why am I doing this? It will never work. It's not working. It's not working. Huh! That was nice. But why did I do it, again?"

Your best shot at having a sex life on ADT would be to use trimix to allow you to engage in oddly unmotivated sexual activity that can reassure but not satisfy.

You're right. I wasn't exactly answering the question he asked. He asked if erections will be possible in two years when the Lupron has worn off and I was all about how they are possible now if he's willing to stick needles in his member. Since there is a bit of a use-it-or-lose-it aspect to recovery the two issues are not unrelated. He can do things now to improve his odds two years from now.

While still waiting for T to return, I am taking 5 mg Cialis daily (sometimes I take 10 mg just for craps and giggles). I do this at the direction of my RO, who said it’s to promote blood flow.
The effect of this is zero. Once in a while I wake up with a little bit of wood, but it’s more like soft pliable wood. Which sucks. But I don’t care.
I did manage to have an orgasm about a month ago, I tried, not because I wanted to, more because I wanted to see if I could. It actually was excellent.

But basically, even with Cialis, I’m useless. BTW, this is after 6 months of ADT, I can’t imagine where I’d be after 2 years.

My question is: IS Sex POSSIBLE AFTER 2 years of ADT? WHEN I am NOT getting ADT anymore. So has anyone had success with sex AFTER ADT ENDS? Sorry my question was not clear enough and thanks for the answers, but please come back again an tell about SEX AFTER the end of ADT.

Resuming a satisfying sex life after two years of ADT is possible but it is neither guaranteed nor always easy. After my surgery and along with my radiation I had two years of ADT. After that there were several years of waiting for my testosterone production to return, trying various approaches to encourage it to return, and talking my medical oncologist into prescribing a T supplement. While that was going on I spent several years using trimix injections three times a week to keep my hydraulics in working order. (While on ADT I'd inject then sit and read.) The problem of penile atrophy (shriveling up if you don't get occasional erections) is worse for men who have had surgery (which you haven't) but it remains an issue even without surgery. I eventually decided that trimix didn't work well enough for me an got a penile implant. And now I am back where I need to be.

I tell guys that I am happy with my implant but that they shouldn't expect that an implant will make them 18 again. But in two respects I have returned to my 18-year-old status: 1) reliable erections -- if slightly odd -- and 2) since my wife went through menopause while I was working my way back I do most of my best work in the shower.
