Good day. I apologize for my bad english as I am not a native speaker. I speak a scandinavian language.
My PSA level after surgery to remove the whole posterate was 0.1 at 6 weeks and 3 months. I had a 6 month check after surgery two days ago and it was 0.09.

I am still on 5mg Cialis daily since Sildenafil (Viagra) was not working for me. I asked dr and was told I could be Cialist for life. I was given 20mg try an hr on days I plan having sex but I delined as I am afraid of taking high dosages of drugs due to its potential sides effects on my kidneys. He therefore wrote both 5mg and 20mg so that I can use the latter if i decide

Q1. To those of you that have used Cialis or still use it, does the 20mg work very well for or it depends on the individual?

Q2. Having sex is not bad when I ly on my left side. This is the only sex position I get a hard erection. Has any body had this experience where erection is dependent on the sex position and has erection been better after 1 year post surgery?

I have full control of urine - no incontinence.

PSA # going down is always good but keep testing quarterly. With veneous leaks it does depend on position. Did you have a venous leaking problems before the RP? As a general rule, average time for erection healing occurs at around 24 months. Be patient. Did the surgeon say they saved your nerves? Were there any margins? These items are nice to know down the line in the healing process.

You are doing very well. It took me 3 years to get my function to where it is. Your PSA is going in the right direction. I have used Cialis. In my experience i have used 5mg dosage. That way the dose can be titrated in 5mg increments until the desired effects occur. i ended up needing 10mg.
