Has anyone had the procedure Urolift done to treat BPH? I am scheduled for a Urolift on Friday. Dr. is going to do it under general anesthesia. Looking for someone to share their experience with this procedure. Thank you in advance.

I think I'm the only one on here who has had the URO LIft preformed....
My experience was: The procedure was not that bad at all , I looked it up on the tube and watched the procedure....
My URO is the worst for telling you anything, For a couple day's after the procedure I had to urinate about every 30 min to 1 hr....Blood and burning, So stay close to the bathroom....
And take a pair of depends with you to wear home, You may leak blood for a day or so..Take something to put on your Car/truck seat just in case....

If you have a flow problem it will help...
I really did not have a flow problem, So not really sure why I got mine, Maybe to help the URO's cash flow problem....

I was definitely having flow problems. Had procedure done yesterday. Doing good today. Burning and some pelvic pain but nothing I can’t tolerate. Thanks for your responses
