Hi, I am a prostate cancer survivor. I posted on this forum about thirteen years ago when I was first diagnosed, and I found a lot of support here after my radical prostatectomy. The surgery was done in Tampa FL by Dr. Powsang. Unfortunately, I was left moderately incontinent. I was going through 5-7 Tena moderate pads a day and I did not like the Cunningham clamp I was given after the surgery. I tried the Dribblestop clamp, had some success with it, but it was not optimal and not easily adjustable. I finally found a clamp made by a California inventor, called simply the M.I.C., or male incontinence clamp. It worked for me. It was ABS plastic, small, light, infinitely adjustable and no spongy material, just smooth plastic. It seems that the inventor has passed on because the clamp is no longer available. I have one left, but it won't last forever.
My reason for posting: I would love to find a few more of these clamps. Does anyone have a source?
