Quite amazing.
Obviously this is not proof that diet and exercise can keep pc at bay. It’s possible that your PSA would have remained in this range anyway.
But We’ll never know, and I’m betting what you are doing and the discipline with which you approach it has a lot to do with it.
Now if we could only find 20 forum brothers with BCR with the discipline and willingness that you have, to do your diet and exercise program for a year.
You should write a book

Pratoman, my PSA "tracks" my adherence to the diet. PSA goes up when I "stray" from
the diet, and down when I don't. By stray, I don't mean I have lunch at the local fast food
place. But rather, I may have some extra shell fish to try to boost my vitamin B12 levels.
Most test periods have variations to the diet (except when I do a "repeatability" test). The
odds that PSA would consistently go in the right direction, by chance, are something like
1000 to 1.

If what you're doing works, then why not keep on? Continued good luck, Cashless.

Cashless, your study of one will never be considered up to scientific standards of “proof”. Who cares? You don’t, and neither do I. There is also no scientific proof that I should avoid jumping off a roof. But there is enough common sense evidence - despite the lack of placebo controlled, double blind studies, that I should avoid it. Same for smoking. I don’t know of any good placebo controlled/blinded studies proving it is bad for me, but there is enough that I will continue to avoid it.
If I did X and my PSA went up, and then if I stopped doing X and my PSA went down, and this was repeatable and reproducible, I would not need any scientific studies or doctors permission to stop doing X. Same thing if every time I did Y my PSA went down, and it was repeatable. I could care less who ridicules or points out I have no scientific evidence, I am going to continue doing Y. In both cases, especially if it appears to do no harm and is not terribly expensive, you can count on it I am going to do what appears to be helpful and avoiding what appears to be harmful, no studies (other than my own) required.
Your long running results are quite attention grabbing. I would think that, if all of your results are chance, that by now you would have a PSA go up when you do the things which you are expecting to make it go down. Please keep reporting.
