I just sent Mack an email this afternoon as I am not shy in asking for the help of the best.
Could you detail the SRT plan you had done?
my email is jronne@yahoo.com if that works better
I learn everything from the guys that went before me.
In prostate cancer, in the workplace and in life.
I hope I get a response from email to Mack was ...
"As a previous patient post RP (11/15) of the nice proficient Dr. Carroll if I need follow on SRT care in the coming year you are my **very very** shortlist.
Despite being retired in Cupertino at age 60 these days maximizing my odds going forward is important to me as I am pretty healthy doing 800+ hours on the bike yearly along with other stuff.
So I am selecting a 2nd insurance plan just to cover this possibility allowing me to be treated at UCSF if needed (ACA deadline end of this month)
I was a self-pay patient for the RP with Dr. Carroll but want to be insured if SRT occurs as it is far more expensive.
I have means just not excessive means.
Do you know (or know who would know?) if you accept Covered California Anthem Blue Cross Bronze 60 HDHP EPO or Covered California Anthem Blue Cross Bronze 60 EPO ?
btw the BS, 1975, Morehouse College, Atlanta, GA, Physics is impressive as my CalTech physics professor Dr Hugh David Poltzier (2004 Nobel) would approve.
Your career path is impressive.
I started off in physics at CalTech but bailed and graduated early in Physical Chemistry at age 21.
I considered medical school along with many other options as I graduated clueless with zero engineering courses or job skills.
If you are the smartest person in the room you are in the wrong room from my experience.
Also put my son thru UCSF medical school who is now a 1st-year pediatric neurology resident at Children's Hospital in LA.
I am a UCSF fan (and UC fan too).
Best wishes and with substantial respect, life is a team sport
