Is there a version not behind a paywall?

The podcast is available to all on the Apple podcast or Overcast apps, and perhaps other podcast sources. Sorry about the Globe paywall but the audio podcast is great by itself.

I was listening to WBUR - one of two Boston NPR stations--yesterday as I was getting my mother's house ready for real estate listing next week.

I was 10 minutes into the program when the host introduced Dr. Mark Pomerantz of Dana-Farber. I immediately called my wife and told her to turn on the radio. Dr. Pomerantz is my oncologist. I have a telephone appointment next month and will then likely begin my second round of ADT. Just saying, I trust him as a doctor who consults rather than proclaims, has a sense of humor and engages with patients and their spouses as real people.
