My post prostate removal psa has increased from 0 to .23 in the last 4 years. I have just completed 10 of 37 EBRT treatments. So far I don't seem to have any side effects. Can I expect this to continue?

Maybe but not probable. I did not have any serious side effects over 37 treatments in 2019 and do not think I have any now. I had a rash early on from the radiation (sensitive skin I assume) which resolved after a couple of weeks. I clearly remember getting tired in the last few weeks and one day I was working out and just ran out of gas mid workout, went home and slept for a couple hours. I would get pretty tired which would hit me a few time a day which continued for a month or so after treatments ended. Took a short nap here and there as needed.

I did get some urinary urgency near the end and for a few months afterwards. Nothing that caused a problem but I had got over that from the surgery six months previous and it felt like I had regressed a bit. It went away after a few months also. Radiation did nothing for my ED which I knew was a problem with ART which tends to stop any progress on the front.

Most do ok with modern SRT. Lots of exceptions though and I am sure they will chime in soon.

First round 8 years ago (40 treatments to prostate bed and surround, total ~70 Gy) gave me explosive, painful diarrhea + bleeding, serious fatigue and painful urination. That lasted 3 & 1/2 years when it hit a maximum and began to fade.

The 30 treatments I just finished 2 weeks back (salvage to pelvic lymph nodes + spot treatment of 3 metastatic ones, total ~50 Gy) gave me diarrhea for a couple of weeks starting the last week or so of treatment, loss of appetite, indigestion and the fatigue again. Everything except the fatigue is fading quickly. Now I can get back to the Eligard + Xtandi side effects.....

Somewhere in the middle of my radiation I began to experience some tiredness, but nothing dramatic. It went away by the end of the treatment. Then a couple of months after completing RT I began to experience some minor incontinence, which eventually went away (mostly). A strange aspect of RT is that it doesn't seem like anything is happening.

GCC, welcome to Healingwell.
My experience was similar to fiddlecanoe. A little tired at the end, a little more leaking, but ultinately that resolved. My Rad Onc told me not to be surprised if i saw some blood in urine a couple of years after treatment, its probably nothing concerning if it happens, but to let them know. So far 2 years + out, nothing like that has happened (knock wood).

Keep in mind, that everyone is different. One day at a time, good luck

My SE was fatigue, improved when I started exercising more halfway through. Nothing after until two and a half years later when blood appeared in urine a few times then went away. Urologist found a urinary tract infection as probable cause (wouldn’t comment on after effect of radiation). CT scan and cystoscopy found nothing unusual. The cystoscopy showed vivid red blotches inside bladder whoch he said were vasculitis from radiation.
It’s a slog, seemed endless during but it does finish. All the best!

SEs from radiation seem quite variable, although for the vast majority of guys they are quite minor. I used to joke that the whole thing was a charade--they put you in this fancy machine and all it's really doing is making noises.

Are you also on ADT? If so, that's where the bulk of my SEs came from during radiation.
