I'm almost 15 weeks out from my RALP, and still leaking a bit, between .5 and 1.5 ounces per day. I am jealous of the people who stopped leaking sooner. My PT thinks part of my issue is that I am more active than his other clients. Until I had my RALP, I wasn't aware of how active I am. I've found that doing the kegel exercises while doing all sorts of random movements seems to help, like during planks, squats, lunges, twisting, reaching up, push-ups, etc. I'm cautiously optimistic I'll be dry in another week or two. One day, my PT used an ultrasound to look as some abdominal muscles, to see if I was flexing the right one (which apparently is connected to the sphincter that I am trying to activate), and that was really beneficial. If having trouble aiming while standing and peeing, you might use a urinary bottle (or other container). I find it useful in doing the standing stop/start drill. best wishes for a speedy recovery.
