psa dropped from 22 to 6

I'm not yet diagnosed we have been trying to find the cancer for 10 years while my psa continues up. It seems like a matter of time. I go for a prostate mri next month and then perhaps another biopsy. I got off track during covid and my psa went to 22 which was scary so I went extra hard on a clean diet, and every supplement that had any research. I also use a slow juicer and about $30 worth of vegetables every week, mostly cruciferous and about 4 kinds of broccoli. Trying to stay prostate healthy while I continue to wait. Not much else I can do.

So, they have not been able to diagnose a cancer yet? I assume with such a high PSA, they have done biopsies.(EDIT: oops, I see from your post that they have indeed done biopsies) But no luck finding any cancer? ( or is that good luck that they can't find any? )

Any way, that is a pretty dramatic drop from 22 to 6, which I suppose was without any medical treatment so far? Anyway, it sounds like you are doing something right, so good for you! But I don't know whether to wish for them to find a cancer they can treat, or for them to continue to not be able to diagnose you with cancer. Either way, good luck and blessings to you!

My thought as well. Other than some type of treatment, I don't think anything else could account for such a PSA drop.

Thanks, no not prostatitis we ruled that out a while ago. If I stop doing all the above it will go right back up but its never gone to 22 before. So the mri and then likely another biopsy or whatever doc wants.
edit - I forgot to say we know I'm enlarged
