The reality is until someone actually studies it we will never know for sure.
People will passionately, emotionally, argue both positions....but until someone follows 1000 or so men monitoring their psa after definitive treatment, some folks in a group that didn't get the vaccine and some that did, nobody will be able to prove anything. Until then it will always be anecdotal.
For me, personally, I became detectable 1 month after my second dose. I will always wonder if the vaccine had a hand in it.....just like how i always wonder how i got PCa in the first place. One day, hopefully like 40 years in the future, I will know.
