Thought I would share my journey in AS for others in a similar situation and provide you with my latest MRI Fusion biopsy results. I have not yet spoke to the urologist and am not certain how to put this in the proper perspective and if I should be more concerned.
Here are the results:
1. Prostate, right apex, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue. Benign
seminal vesicle
2. Prostate, right mid, biopsy: High-grade prostatic intraepithelial
neoplasia
3. Prostate, right base, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
4. Prostate, right lateral apex, biopsy: Prostatic adenocarcinoma,
Gleason score 3+3= 6 (Grade Group 1), 10 mm. Involving 50% of one (1) of
two cores
5. Prostate, right lateral mid, biopsy: Prostatic adenocarcinoma,
Gleason score 3+3= 6 (Grade Group 1), 6 mm.Involving 50% of one (1) core.
6. Prostate, right lateral base, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
7. Prostate, left apex, biopsy: Few atypical glands
8. Prostate, left mid, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
9. Prostate, left base, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
10. Prostate, left lateral apex, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
11. Prostate, left lateral mid, biopsy: Prostatic adenocarcinoma,
Gleason score 3+3= 6 (Grade Group 1), 1 mm. Involving 10% of one (1)
core.
12. Prostate, left lateral base, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue.
13. Prostate, fusion, biopsy: Benign prostatic tissue. Benign seminal vesicle
