Had surgery to remove prostate in 2011 and had re occurrence in 2017 underwent 33 sessions SRT in 2018 finished April 2018 PSA have gone from 0.01 to 0.05 on my last bloods. Which are done every 6 months last bloods done in different lab. should i be concerned at this rise.

I'd give a qualified maybe. That's a really small change, and it could be a function of a different lab. Usually they don't define recurrence until you have several rises in a row over a period of time. Personally, I would get a re-test and see what it shows.

Is your doctor concerned...thats when I would be concerned...not when some well meaning person on the internet is,,,I often wonder here which is the second opinion... the doctor or the internet "advice"?...mind you Im not offended by the "advice"...I just don't see it as prudent...Ich mach nix

Depends on the doctor, I’ve experienced some who should not be active in medicine.

Umm...if you look...my posts always revolve around themselves (if you see them as positve)...one needs only to take an additional step or two to see the answer to your doubt. Its easy...I do it all the time...logo
