1st PAS Results after HD Radiation Treatment in September

Hella all,
I have written and sought advice prior on this forum when deciding on a treatment path.  I chose HD radiation in the September 2021,  There was two surgeries/treatments two weeks apart at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak Michigan Hospital.   My results from a blood test taken yesterday are 1.63 ng/ml.  I have an appt. this Friday with Doctor Krauss.  Just thought I would see what everyone thinks about this result.  Thanks - any thoughts are appreciated.

My pathology was as follows:
Summary: Positive cores 4 out of 12, highest Gleason grade 3+4=7 (ISUP Group 2) , PSA 5.74 ng/ml, DRE: normal T1c.
Speculated TNM stage= T1c N0 M0.
Perineural Invasion is identified.
No Extra-prostatic extension is identified.
Gleason 4 ranges between 0% and 40% of the tumor in these cores.
Cribriform pattern 4 is present.

All things considered on the SE’s, pretty good I guess.
On the peeing part, no real troubles. He put me on two .4 mg doses of Flomax daily initially. Doc seemed to be really concerned that I keep that up for sometime.
I have since reduced that to one a day. After my appointment I intend to drop them all together. I don’t think it’s really doing anything for me and I don’t really have any more problems with dribbling or urgency than I did before. I normally only sleep about 4 1/2 to 5 hours a night so most times I make it through the night without having to get up. Then I’ll pee 2 to 3 times in the first hour or so of getting up and I seem to be good the rest of the day.
As far as sex, it depends on the time in between, which before all this I was around a two times a week guy, I’m not so good here. Erections are not very good and Viagara 100mg doesn’t seem to do much. Like before - it does depend on how much time has elapsed in between though. We make it work for us one way or another believe me. I’m hopeful that part will get better in time. Thanks again!
