when i look at his PSA progression i see a steady rise. i'm not trying to cause alarm but it's there. granted there is a spike at the end but the last two PSA tests were 20 months apart. stay on it man
I understand that a PC diagnosis is hard for people who have had theirs removed, are undergoing treatment, have diminished quality of life, and make them pessimistic; Its a hard thing, i get that.
But I have had an actual conversation with my doctor and a urologist. They see things very differently than you.
In march 2021 I started feeling abdomen and lower back pain. I had several MRI's last summer and was told ALL of my organs in that area, including my prostate, had NO tumors.
As it stands right now, I DO NOT have PC, but more likely prostatitis. I had a groin/prostate injury two weeks before the test was taken.
You point out rises but completely overlook the drops. The rises are not notable, according to my doc and the urologist.
I see every reason to be optimistic and very few to be pessimistic. Im sure Im fine. Im more curious than anything.
