hi all just got my psa to day 0.02 up from <0.01
last year after 14 years

Hope its just an anomoly, next step is a retest in , probably 3 months? Could be lab error, normal fluctuation or some other benign issue. Hope thats the case. After 14 years? I'm betting it is

To address your concerns, you could also re-test right now. Be sure to use the same lab.

Could be 0.28 in another 14 years? Too early to worry about
much. Six months sound good as it is long enough to get a helpful value.

one of the last things my uro told me years ago the last time i saw him was even if my PSA did rise at some point we might not need to do anything
