Dont have an answer U, although i am guessing the simple answer is no. But, just bumping this up hoping that someone who does will respond.

I think the vacuum pump that I used often during the first year post-op may have helped. I doubt it would have helped much after that and probably not recommended after AUS.

U, the best explanation of this phenomenon goes something like this:

The volume of erectile tissue you have does not change with the prostatectomy. During the procedure, the urethra is shortened because it runs through the prostate, and so the penis is pulled back towards the body a little bit. In response to that, some of the erectile tissue is now pulled back, not really into the body, but into the abdominal fat.

In consequence--since the volume of erectile tissue hasn't changed, many men note their erections--if erection function is maintained--might be a bit shorter--but also a bit thicker. This is far from universal.

I guess the answer is....maybe. Atrophy is a real thing, and the only cure for the atrophy---if you are getting erections---is to keep getting them. You might be surprised in the future.

After 24 months ADT I had some success with lengthening and adding girth using pumps. It is a slow process and you have have to avoid injuring yourself attempting results too quickly.
