Just checking in with a six-month post RP update. Still >0.04 six months post RP. With my husband’s G9 and Stage 3b path, we know the bump ups can start anytime now, so we are celebrating the good news tonight. Dr. Isaac Kim at Yale is an amazing complex urological cancer surgeon, and I cannot thank him enough. Next PSA is in early June. Hoping we can get through the summer without needing ADT and SRT. Congratulations on the good news.
You can see from my signature that we are on the waiting and hoping for stable PSA tests every 3 months too. He is pT3apN1pm, so the Doctors are cautiously optimistic but have mentioned the RT at some point. But right now we are living in the moment and hoping for low PSA's.

Thank you all for the congrats! It means a lot! We were shocked and thought it could be a mistake. We won’t be surprised if we have future SRT/ADT due to my husband’s Gleason 9 and Stage 3b We are very happy right now though that’s for sure! Wife #1, I am following your posts closely as our husband’s were both diagnosed and treated in the same timeframe. Prayers he stays very low and is cured!
