I am curious to know if there are any men who had RP and remained cancer free afterwards who had perineural invasion on their post surgical pathology report.

How long? Is 2018 RALP long enough?
I never found any conclusive evidence that perineural invasion (PNI) was a major indicator of much. It seemed that the discussion centers around does PNI indicate higher risk or does higher risk indicate PNI? chicken or the egg? There have been some studies that indicate PNI may increase risk of recurrence but after adjustment become inconclusive. Since most men with "real" PCa will have PNI, it would seem pretty bleak if PNI was a major indicator which is not the case.

That's my impression as well.

I had PNI in three cores. No RP, but pretty complete ablation by radiotherapy. Still no cancer after 13 &1/2 years.
