Has anyone experienced side effects with the oral ED meds - not initially but after being on them a while ?

I had two nasty bloody noses (one requiring treatment) after being on Viagra (sildenafil) for a couple months. It is a possible side effect and I had no history of nose bleeds. Switched to Cialis (tadalafil) and did not have that issue anymore.

Cialis causes unacceptable thigh pain which, for me, makes it unusable. Viagra causes headaches but it’s better than the thigh pain. Tylenol helps with the headache. I use the lowest dosage possible for the desired results. In my case, that’s 20-30 mg

But none of this is new. Both from day one.
