Update :June 22
PSA rose to 1.4 and tests were carried out to locate lesions, CT, Pet etc.
Review meetings changed to bimonthly after radiation on 2 small lesions on clavicle and spine reduced PSA.
First review meeting showing PSA dropped to 1, then after another month dropped to >0.1.
Bimonthly reviews 3rd just gone and PSA stationary at >0.1. (6 months). CT scan all clear. Small <5mm lesion in one kidney appears on 2 scans over 2 months but no change and not classed as an issue so far. Undiagnosed.

Just taken the 3 monthly injection eligard trimestral 22.5mg and continuing with Erleada 60mg daily apalutamida.
Statins 20mg stopped to see if levels will rise again in 2 months. Known side effect.

Seems like you're doing well. The Eligard/Erleada combination should work for a long time.

Update
Now 2023 August
My body has remained clear of any cancer and PSA is <0.1, Testosterone 0.
Still taking my daily pills and 3 monthly injection
Rise in cholesterol happens due to a side effect so seem to be on a start statins, stop statins cycle.
No change since the 2 small tumors on shoulder and D1 edge of bone were radiated off.

Update Jun 2024 Spain
Scan CT TAC+ enhancer shows no cancer in body or bones. Bone density normal. Bloods vary a little every 2 months but PSA constant at <0.1 testosterone 0.12 . HDL 58, LDL 149, cholesterol 257. Triglycerides 251. Statins daily 20mg taken at night. To control cholesterol increase side effect.

Treatment daily erleada 240mg apalutamida, every 3 months injection of Eligard Trimestral 22.5 mg to reduce the production of certain sex hormones (testosterone). Calcium supplement. Omega 3 daily. Blood pressure 136/79 age 71.

2 tiny tumors moved off collar bone by radiation. PSA reduced to <0.1 for over a year now, scans all clear.
