The test results are not a reporting of your PSA, just a change in the test reporting criteria. It may be even done on the same equipment but the manufacturer or lab decided to change its reporting for various reasons.
If you compare lab reporting of various medical systems, minimum and maximum values may vary for the same tests with the same equipment. Not having a value to report for PSA is a good thing no matter how you look at it.
