Just read that he has been undergoing treatment for several months and looks forward to “ringing the bell”. The article did not go into diagnosis or treatment details, but was positive about his situation and going public.

I did a little more reading and he referred to the last eight months since his diagnosis. That might infer that he has completed a period of radiotherapy, which traditionally would be administered over several months.

He joins Ryne Sandberg in the Prostate Hall of Fame where there are quite a few famous names now.

I suspect that the names will keep coming as our generation gets older. I am sure all the sports will be well represented.
