Something not brought up so far, but easy to look into and do, if you think you might be interested.
Google-searching
prostate cancer support groups caregivers
brings up a number of websites offering such groups, and one of them might just prove useful to you, as a place to talk about
these issues with others in a situation similar to your own.
I looked at a few of them, and I thought the one at Zerocancer.org looked especially good:
https://zerocancer.org/help-and-support/find-support-group/caregiversIt offers a "Find a support group" option which one can use to locate a nearby group, if one is available in your area, as well as offering online participation options for such groups.
But the above Zerocancer.org is just one possibility. You can also browse the other sites that a search like the above brings up, if you think you would like to look into doing this.
It's usually easy and free to become a part of such a group, either locally or online, and it may bring you into contact with others who are in or have been in your situation, and who may be able to offer advice to you based on their own experiences.
Maybe worth a try?
Good luck.
