My recent PSA came back and was at 0.61. That is down from a continuous rise to 0.89 after stopping Orgovyx. My testosterone was also climbing back up to a high of 349. For this latest test it has also dropped down to 279. In our discussions here it is mentioned that men who had RA usually get a bounce around the two year mark after treatment. I am wondering now if that 2 year bounce is extended due to the completion of ADT. I am also wondering why my testosterone dropped along with my PSA. Regardless, I am happy with the new results.
My best to all and again my thoughts and prayers are with those in Florida during their recovery efforts.

Don't sweat it; those results look fine.
And, BTW, testosterone test results will vary during the day etc.

Jack, I think you are good, the fact that the PSA actually dropped is a very good sign. And Sailor is right in his post above.
My testosterone since SRT + ADT 5 years ago has fluctuated between 280 and 330, and it goes up and down for no apparent reason.

So chill out and enjoy life
