10 year update…HDR Brachy

Hello all…
I try to check in every year or two for an update. 10 years ago, just a month after my 30 year high school reunion, I was diagnosed with intermediate PCa.

I was in great physical and mental shape at the time (and still am ‘somewhat’ at 58..😬) of my diagnosis.

Just got my PSA check and it was 0. My urologist appointment is this month and all seems good. After a year, my only side effect remains low quality erections but I take a pill to help with that.

All in all, HDR Brachytherapy is a treatment I’d recommend unless there has been better treatments discovered since.

Where did you get your HD brachy and who was the specialist? I am asking because this specialty is not so common.
