Today marks 2 years being cancer free after my RALP. I am due for another test anytime now. I need to call my doc and have her order one. It doesn’t seem like that long, but here we go. I need to find a new urologist in the panhandle of Florida area. Hopefully they will let me start some testosterone treatments in the next year. It seems some say after two but most of what I read says 3-5. Mine tested about 300 back in the spring.
Leaking is almost non-existent. Wood is getting there. Still not enough for fun time.
I am still seeing improvement so I am good with that.
I didn’t get to use it much for the first year, then my wife finally found someone to work on her thyroid and hormones. The last year has been fun “practicing”.
For all you newbies out there, there is hope. As others have said and I listened. Do your homework, make the choice that is best for you, and never look back or question. Life has enough what ifs to worry about.
Thanks for all the advice give to me in the 4 years of active surveillance and heading up to surgery.
