Considering a HIFU consult. Anybody have any insight? Here are my stats:
PSA: 7-9 range over 6 months
Biopsy Results (November 2024):
Right Prostate:
1 core of Gleason 7 (4+3), 90% involvement, with perineural invasion (PNI).
5 additional cores of Gleason 6 (3+3), considered low-risk.
Left Prostate: Benign cores.
Imaging Findings:
MRI (July 2024): PIRADS 1, no suspicious lesions; findings suggested prostatitis.
PSMA PET/CT (November 2024):
Focal uptake in the midline posterior prostate (SUVmax 3.9), consistent with malignancy.
No evidence of spread to lymph nodes, bones, or distant organs.
