Haven’t posted in quite some time but I definitely refer to this site often to read and reread comments for encouragement.
I have a lack of zest and excitement about
doing things I used to care about
and have been a little depressed lately. I was getting good support but now I’m on my own. I read about
life expectancy for men with a similar diagnosis and treatment plan. I guess I do this for planning purposes.
I do keep up with the hormone therapy and walk about
a mile or so every 3rd day on average. It’s currently cold here so I consider that good. Think I will need to invest in a treadmill or gym to get through the winter.
I just had labs done for an upcoming appointment with my radiation oncologist and my PSA is 0.024 so that is good news.
My labs showed testosterone is low, who would’ve thunk it. I guess they test testosterone to make sure it’s not to low or to high.
Again I appreciate everyone on this site it helps so much.
