So the RP intention was not curative but to debulk and reduce mets, I'm thinking. 28 lymph nodes removed is A LOT! Hoping Lymphodema doesn't become a problem. You certainly have had an unconventional treatment path, but nothing necessarily wrong with that.
My friend, as others suggest, I think a good MO is what is called for now. Im thinking you are looking at long haul management of your PCA with ADT and ARPIS, amongst other treatments. It sounds like drag, and sometimes it is, but it's very doable.
