I'd agree. Find an experienced Medical Oncologist who specializes in PC. Not only do they know how to play the insurance game, they also know how to find the source and deal with it.

Lymph nodes are clean, nothing inside Prostate.
did consult with other URs... they were more confused than I am.
seems to me UR and RO are shooting at the sky hoping to kill a bird or two.

So the RP intention was not curative but to debulk and reduce mets, I'm thinking. 28 lymph nodes removed is A LOT! Hoping Lymphodema doesn't become a problem. You certainly have had an unconventional treatment path, but nothing necessarily wrong with that.

My friend, as others suggest, I think a good MO is what is called for now. Im thinking you are looking at long haul management of your PCA with ADT and ARPIS, amongst other treatments. It sounds like drag, and sometimes it is, but it's very doable.

Almost all Drs, specialists have no clues at this point....
1. They saw a shadow and brought a rifle(surgery) to kill it and all its neighbors. It turned out that none of them were criminals.
2. Now, they suggest use a cannon(Radiation & ADT) to shoot at whole community... hopefully it will smash the criminal.
when they find the true criminal, I am already dead.

It sure seems that way sometime. Hopefully, you will find a good oncologist that will build on your experiences and locate the criminal and spare the host.

I think the next step will be more scans..followed by radiation and ADT.

For you, I think it's time to move past the Urologist. Seriously. A dedicated oncologist (not a radiation expert) is the door you need to break down.

I am meeting with RO next week... of course he will go for radiation/ADT. I met with several URs this month and each of them either had no clue or adviced to do radiation. I will meet with an oncology next month.

Met several MOs last month and this month... PSA is moving from 1.95/09-06-2024 to 3.39/01-15/2025.
RO ordered another PET next week.
last PET was done 4 months ago and a suspicious lymph node was surgically removed and it was negative.
what do I expect in the next PET scan?
your thoughts are appreciated!
