AMS 700 3 months of actual use

about a year ago I had to have a TURP procedure which made my ED even worse. I’m a very active 68yo. Anyways I still wanted to be active sexually so I started doing research into penile implants because the pills had stopped working. My wife is totally cool but was a bit concerned at first when I mentioned I wanted an implant. After much thought and research I decided to go for it. This past July I had an AMS 700 implanted. I work construction and had to go back to work in two days post surgery. Yea I was sore. I avoided lifting heavy for 2 months. Before the implant I was 9 inches erect and 5 inches in girth now I am 7 inches and 4.5 in girth those are actual numbers it’s clearly smaller. I am totally pain free although I have a very high pain tolerance to begin with. Sex is fantastic it will stay hard as long as you want. My wife is totally on board with my decision now. Through it all I ended up with retrograde ejaculation and it’s very difficult for me to catch an orgasm. I was in the urologist office reading about men’s conditions and this article talked about “P” spot orgasm for men. It changed my life check with your doctor and do your own research. I was a bit freaked out at first but now it’s part of our play.
I’m glad I got the implant I should have done it sooner I do miss the size but it works, 9 inches of noodle can’t shoot pool. The AMS 700 has worked flawless for me I can’t say it’s the best because I have nothing to compare it to on a scale of 1 to 10 I give the AMS 700 a solid 8
