potential gynecomastia

not sure if I posted this under the right forum but amongst the CHF I have, I spotted a sore lump on my male left breast without discharge or inversion of the nipple, now seems to be swelling and it appears my left breast is sagging a little, I do have an mammogram/ultrasound scheduled on the 31th of jan, just any early opinions on whether medications can be taken with heart disease?? or is it surgery or live with it??

(for those like me that didn't know what it meant)
